Counselling has got a bad rep. For years, going to counsellor was a taboo subject, as well as how counselling is portrayed on TV/film. Well I'm here to tell you that absolutely ANYTHING can bring anyone to counselling! Counselling can be great for all types of things from work anxiety to personal development.
Counselling is a great way to figure out what's going on for you and having someone who's not 'in it' (like friends and family) can be a way of of really hashing out what YOU want, without judgment or someone telling you what to do.
So if your thinking of talking to someone, look who's in your area and try it out! It may turn out to be the best decision you've ever made.
